No Tan Negro offers international cuisine in a modern ambience. It’s the older cousin of Japanese restaurant ROJO situated downstairs in the same building (more about that here).
Having recently added ‘No Tan’ (meaning not so) to their original name Negro (meaning black), it was only natural to use a not so black colour.
